The Headstrong Project is a veteran-founded nonprofit providing confidential, stigma-free mental health care to veterans, service members, and their families. Since 2012, they’ve offered free, evidence-based therapies—like CPT, EMDR, and PE—to treat PTSD, depression, anxiety, and trauma-related issues.
Clients are matched with therapists through a simple intake process and receive up to 30 cost-free sessions. Services are offered in-person in select states and nationwide via telehealth, making care accessible no matter where you live.
Their mission is to help the military community triumph over trauma through effective, personalized treatment.
