Veterans Portrait Project- Photographer Scott Stover
Since 2020 I’ve had the pleasure of taking hundreds of portraits of Veterans.
What started out as a simple way to say thank you to the men and women who have served our country has evolved into a non-profit organization providing high quality prints to our veterans at no cost to the veteran. The layout of the photos has evolved into a simple but effective conversation. A backdrop, an American Flag, and a “campaign” table provide the setting for these portraits.
Come as you are, or in Full Uniform, I’d love to sit across the table from you, have a conversation, and take your portrait. These portraits have become a prized possession for many of the Veterans I have had the honor of photographing. Many of the Veterans come back year after year for a new portrait.
